Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Couscous 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Potato 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Scallions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Curry to taste
- Ginger 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cilantro to taste
- Mint to taste
- Yogurt powder 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces of equal size.
Step 2
Heat olive oil. Sauté the chicken and season with pepper. Place the chicken in a heatproof dish.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes, carrot, and bell pepper into large pieces. Sauté the vegetables. Set aside with the chicken.
Step 4
Chop the ginger, garlic, onion, and chili pepper and sauté. Add curry and pour in water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour this sauce over the chicken.
Step 5
Add a wedge of lemon to the vegetables. Add the tomato in pieces. Season with salt.
Step 6
Cover with foil, make a hole in it, and place in the oven. Bake for 1 hour at 390°F.
Step 7
Add a piece of butter to the finished dish.
Step 8
Garnish with yogurt, green onion, and mint.
Step 9
As a side dish, prepare couscous with cilantro. Add olive oil to the couscous, mix, and pour boiling water over it. Wait for 10 minutes. Add herbs, salt, and pepper.
