Chicken with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken bones 8 pieces
  • Olive Oil 2 spoons
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 tablespoon
  • Ground coriander 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Tomatoes 15 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
  • Canned Corn 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a heated pan with oil, fry the chicken legs until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Step 2

Sauté the finely chopped onion for 4 minutes until it becomes soft. Add coriander and chili.

Step 3

Add the tomatoes with their juice and tomato paste.

Step 4

Return the chicken to the prepared sauce and cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 5

Add the corn and cook for 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
