
Chicken with Tomato and Spices

Description
Serve with buckwheat or rice. Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh parsley.
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Coriander essential oil a pinch
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Broth ½ cup
- Cognac 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 2
Fry in vegetable oil over high heat.
Step 3
Add the onion to the chicken (I have a large onion). Quickly fry until translucent.
Step 4
Reduce the heat. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Pour the broth over the chicken. Bring to a boil under the lid. Add the cognac. Add coriander, garlic, and salt.
Step 6
Add the tomato paste.
Step 7
Simmer for 40–50 minutes over low heat under the lid.
