Ingredients
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Poultry 1 piece
- Rice 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste

Step 1
Cut the chicken into serving pieces, rub with garlic, season with salt and pepper, pour sour cream over it, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then bake in the oven until cooked through.
Step 2
Cook the rice, place it at the bottom of the dish where the chicken was baked, then place the chicken on top and bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes until golden brown. When serving, try not to disturb the layer of rice and chicken.
