Ingredients

  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
  • Morels 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece

Step 1

Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 8 hours. Afterward, drain the water, squeeze out the mushrooms, and chop them finely. Dice the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms to the skillet with the onions and cook until the mushrooms are fully cooked.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into strips. In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat vegetable oil, add the meat, and sauté lightly, stirring frequently.

Step 3

Add the mushrooms to the meat and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Pour in the sour cream and stir. Simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
