Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
  • Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Basil 0 oz
  • Mint 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Anchovies 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Citrus Zest Mix to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Set the automatic mode for grilling chicken on the Polaris grill.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, and a bit of lemon zest in a bowl.

Step 3

Add a clove of garlic and optionally 5 grams of chili.

Step 4

Mix the chicken in this marinade so that it is completely covered.

Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Prepare the salsa verde sauce. For this, place basil, mint, parsley, and anchovies in a blender bowl.

Add olive oil and a clove (or 2, to taste) of garlic. Also, optionally add 10 grams of chili.
