Chicken with Rosemary and Warm Lentil Salad
Ingredients
- Garlic 12 cloves
- Poultry 1 piece
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 15 oz
- Scallions 4 pieces
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into 4 pieces and place it on a baking sheet with garlic, rosemary, wine, and 150 ml of water. Generously sprinkle with spices and roast for 45 minutes. Add more water if it looks too dry.
Step 3
Heat the lentils and add the remaining ingredients, chopped as desired. Then add the juice from the baking sheet.
Step 4
Season with spices and divide among 4 plates, placing the chicken on top.
