Ingredients
- Chicken bones 6 pieces
- Prunes 12 pieces
- Bacon 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Red Grape Juice 10 fl oz
- Spices to taste
- Pear Jam 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fry the legs in oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Soak the prunes in hot water for 10 minutes. Then remove the pits and wrap each prune in a strip of bacon. Grill until the bacon is crispy.
Step 3
Place the prunes on top of the chicken.
Step 4
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter until soft. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, then pour in the red wine, spices, and plum jam. Achieve a thick consistency. Serve with the chicken.
