- Potato 20 oz
- Chicken Drumstick 20 oz
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Aged gouda cheese 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sear the drumstick until it's halfway cooked.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 3
Grease a baking tray with oil, layer it with thinly sliced potatoes, place the chicken leg on top, pour cream over it, sprinkle with cheese, then add another layer of potatoes, pour more cream, and finish with a sprinkle of cheese on top.
Step 4
Bake for 40 minutes.
