  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a deep bowl, mix the garlic with mayonnaise, basil, salt, and pepper.

Rinse the chicken thighs under water and pat dry with paper towels. Place them in the bowl with the marinade and mix well.

Cut the peeled potatoes into strips.

Grease the bottom of a deep baking dish with vegetable oil. Layer the potatoes, then place the chicken thighs with the marinade on top. Bake at 390°F for 40 minutes.
