  • Kefir to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Potato 5 pieces
  • Chicken Thighs 4 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinated cherries 4 pieces
  • Herbes de Provence to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, we prepare the marinade. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the kefir, season with salt, and add pepper and herbs. Marinate the thighs for about 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Step 3

Crush the garlic cloves with the side of a knife and place them on the potatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add them to the dish as well. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes and pour the remaining marinade over it. Bake in the oven at 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 40 minutes.
