- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Barbecue sauce 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast and bell pepper into cubes. Sauté the chicken in vegetable oil over high heat.
Step 2
Add the pineapple without syrup, bell pepper, and sauté together, then add the curry sauce and coconut milk (or cream), and bring to a boil.
