Chicken with Pineapple and Bell Peppers in Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1½ pieces
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast and sweet bell peppers into strips. Sauté the peppers and chicken pieces separately for 5 minutes each. Season with salt and pepper to taste while cooking.
Step 2
Combine the chicken and peppers in one skillet, adding all the syrup from the can of pineapples and the tablespoon of soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. At the end, add the tablespoon of cornstarch and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the pineapple chunks to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. If cooked longer, the pineapples will lose their shape.
