Chicken with Philadelphia Cream
Main Dishes • World
Description
Instead of a small chicken, you can use a whole chicken; in this case, the baking time should be increased to about 1 hour. You can check for doneness by piercing the chicken with a knife. If clear juices run out, the chicken is ready. Instead of cream cheese 'Philadelphia,' you can use 'Almette.' If neither is available, you can try using thick sour cream. Instead of thyme, you can use marjoram or finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill).
