
Chicken with Olives and Peppers

Ingredients
- Chicken bones 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Basil Mustard Sauce 20 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken legs in oil for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a plate.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the onion and pepper for 4 minutes, add the garlic, and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Pour in the sauce and 200 ml of boiling water. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the olives. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
