
Chicken with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

Description
Seasonings for chicken are available at the store — they are labeled as such. Just be sure to read the ingredients! Those packets that contain flavor enhancers and other undesirable additives should be left on the shelf and definitely not taken.
Ingredients
- Champignons 20 oz
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion ½ pieces
- Chicken Seasoning to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add it to the onion, and season with spices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Next, add the mushrooms, which should be sliced but not too finely. Cook everything for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the cream. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, then cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the heat, but that's not all! Squeeze in a clove of garlic, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well, cover with a lid, and wait for another 3 minutes.
