Ingredients

  • Champignons 8 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 0 lbs
  • 10% cream 10 fl oz
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Herbes de Provence to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and slice the mushrooms. Place the chicken and mushrooms in a skillet and sauté them in butter.

Step 2

While the chicken and mushrooms are frying, prepare the cream.

Step 3

In a deep bowl, crush the garlic, grate in the cheese, add finely chopped herbs, pour in the cream, add a bit of herbes de Provence, and mix well.

Step 4

Once the chicken and mushrooms have simmered, drain off the excess liquid (leave a little depending on your preference) and pour in the cream. Let it cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.
