Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Shallot 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and transfer them to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cornstarch. Mix well.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and lightly sauté. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
In the same oil, lightly sauté the finely chopped shallot and add the thinly sliced mushrooms. Cook until soft.
Step 4
Pour the balsamic vinegar into the skillet and return the chicken, mixing well. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper. Add the butter, mix, remove from heat, and serve with pasta or boiled rice.
