Chicken with Mushrooms and Bacon
Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Poultry 25 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green onion tops 3 pieces
- Bacon 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken pieces in butter for 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, then place in a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms, chop the green onions into rings, and mince the garlic. Mix the onions and garlic with the processed cheese and spread it over the chicken. Arrange the mushrooms on top.
Step 4
Cut the bacon into strips and sprinkle it over the casserole.
Step 5
Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish the finished dish with chopped herbs.
