- Tequila 5 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Lime Juice 10 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 tablespoon
- Habanero Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 3 pieces

Step 1
Mix the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, chopped jalapeño, minced garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or skillet to high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, pat dry, and cook skin-side down until golden brown, then flip the chicken and cook until done. Transfer to a platter and let rest for about 5 minutes.
