- Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
- Poultry 35 oz
- Water 20 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Adjika to taste

Step 1
Take the chicken, rinse it well, rub it with salt and adjika, and place the lemon inside (it can be cut or left whole).
Step 2
Place it in a roasting pan or a suitable dish that can accommodate the chicken and be covered with a lid. Pour in 1 cup of buckwheat (or rice), add a little salt, and pour in 625 ml of water. Send it to the oven for 1 to 1.5 hours. When the chicken is ready, place it on a platter and serve hot.
