Chicken with Leeks
Ingredients

- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 6 pieces

- Garlic 1 clove
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chicken breasts in butter on both sides until golden brown. Add the white wine and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the butter and sauté the sliced leeks with the garlic clove until soft. Then add the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Puree the leeks and mix with grated Parmesan, cream, lemon juice, and spices. Add the mustard and chopped parsley. Serve with the chicken.
