Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Ham 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dredge the chicken in flour and fry until almost cooked.
Step 2
Add thyme leaves and pour in the wine. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet, cover with ham, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 345°F or until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Serve with vegetables, garnished with herbs.
