- Red Grape Juice 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breasts in 500 ml of chicken broth for 20-25 minutes. Let cool in the broth. Remove and slice the breasts, placing them on a serving plate.
Step 2
Make a white sauce from butter, flour, and 250 ml of broth. Add spices, lemon zest, lemon juice, and the egg yolk beaten with cream.
Step 3
Chill and add seedless green grapes. Drizzle over the chicken.
