Chicken with ginger and cashews
Ingredients
- Scallions 8 stalks
- Vegetable Oil 1½ spoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Cashew 5 oz
- Snap Peas 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Sesame Oil 1½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a wok, heat vegetable oil and add the chopped green onions, garlic, and grated ginger, stirring for a few seconds. Add the sliced chicken breasts and fry until golden brown. Then, add the sliced bell pepper, followed by the peas and cashews. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well and serve with rice or noodles.
