Chicken with Fish Sauce

Ingredients

  • Poultry 0 lbs
  • Celery salt 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Canned tuna in its own juice 5 oz
  • Capers 1 tablespoon
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the carrot, celery, and onion, chop them coarsely, and place them in boiling water.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken meat and add it to the broth. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours.

Step 3

Drain excess water from the tuna and chop the fish with capers, adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 4

Chop the herbs.

Step 5

Separate the yolk from the white and beat it with salt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. While continuing to beat, gradually pour in the olive oil. Mix the fish mixture and herbs into the resulting sauce.

Step 6

Remove the boiled chicken from the broth, cut it into portions, and serve with the fish sauce.
