Chicken with Dried Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
- Poultry 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Flatten the prepared chickens, season with salt, coat with sour cream, and fry in butter on both sides.
Step 2
Then cut into pieces.
Step 3
Place in a pot, add rinsed raisins, dried apricots, prunes, and pour in hot water (150–200 ml).
Step 4
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until cooked through.
Step 5
Serve the chickens drizzled with the dried fruit sauce.
