Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Raisins 5 oz

Step 1
Soak the raisins in boiling water.
Step 2
Cut the fillet into small pieces, transfer to a deep dish, pour in the soy sauce, and add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the fillet, sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of sugar, pour in 4 tablespoons of water, and stir.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Squeeze the raisins, add them to the skillet, and mix. Let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the cooked fillet with rice.
