Chicken with Chipotle Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
- Duck wings 2 pieces
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- TABASCO® 3 tablespoons
- Dill 1 sprig
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken thighs and wings.
Step 2
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and season with salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle the meat with dried rosemary.
Step 4
Evenly brush the sauce onto the meat.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil and place it on a plate.
Step 6
Put the meat in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 7
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the meat in it.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove from the oven, unwrap from the foil, and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool, garnish with herbs and sauce before serving.
