Chicken with Cheese in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Pesto 2 tablespoons
- Cream 30 fl oz
- Melted Cheese 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini and tomatoes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil. Line the bottom of the dish with vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with thin layers of cheese.
Step 4
Sauté the chicken fillet in a small amount of oil until browned. Place the fillet in the dish. Top the chicken with the remaining cheese.
Step 5
Mix the cream and pesto. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Pour the cream and pesto mixture over the dish. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
