  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the prepared chicken into pieces, season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, coat in flour, and fry in heated butter until golden brown. Add crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, pour in the white wine and 100 ml of hot broth, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes.

Step 2

Then remove the meat to a plate, and to the sauce in which it was fried, add 50 g of butter. Pour half of the sauce into a baking dish, place the chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese, pour over the remaining sauce, and place in a moderately hot oven for 10 minutes.
