Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Celery stalk 2 stalks
- Butter 0 oz
- Water ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Steam the chicken fillet for 20 minutes.
Step 2
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Finely chop the celery stalks.
Step 3
In a saucepan, pour in the water, add the celery, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Wait for it to boil.
Step 4
Add the butter. Cook on low heat for another 7 minutes.
Step 5
Sauté the chicken slightly. Slice it. Drizzle with the sauce.
