Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Poultry 5 lbs
- Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients: rinse and dice the eggplant and tomatoes, rinse the buckwheat. Wash the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Salt the eggplants, mixing them thoroughly in a bowl with salt.
Step 3
Take a baking bag, place the rinsed buckwheat, eggplants, garlic, and tomatoes inside. Gently shake the bag to mix the contents.
Step 4
Place the chicken on top (you can rub the chicken with salt and garlic beforehand).
Step 5
Tie the baking bag, place it in a baking tray, and put it in the oven preheated to 355°F.
Step 6
Bake for one hour until a golden crust appears.
