- White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken, mushrooms, and onion, and cook them covered in oil over high heat until the chicken turns white and most of the water evaporates.
Step 2
Add salt and pepper, pour in the cream, and mix well.
Step 3
Add coarsely chopped parsley and cook until the cream begins to boil.
Step 4
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
