Chicken with Beans and Chorizo

Description
You can customize this recipe to your taste by replacing ingredients with similar ones you have on hand. For example, any spicy beef sausage can be used instead of chorizo. Chicken fillet can be substituted with fillet of any white fish. You can use a bouillon cube to prepare the broth. This recipe requires kale or Napa cabbage leaves.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Chorizo 5 oz
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Paprika a pinch
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- White Cabbage 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the broth to a boil in a small saucepan, reduce the heat, and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes. In another pot, boil the cabbage leaves in salted water for 5 minutes and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the chorizo and beans, and sauté lightly, stirring. Add 3 tablespoons of chicken broth to the mixture.
Step 3
Place the bean and chorizo mixture in a deep plate, cover with cabbage leaves, slice the chicken fillet, and place it on top of the cabbage leaves. Sprinkle with paprika.
