Description

Chicken Wings Stuffed with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Duck wings 10 pieces
  • Morels 5 oz
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Sauté everything over low heat, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to another dish, let it cool slightly, add the raw egg, and mix. The filling is ready.

Step 2

Carefully separate the chicken wings from the bones, ensuring not to damage the skin. The skin with meat should remain, and where the bone was, there will be the filling. I must say, this is a labor-intensive and almost delicate task. Therefore, if someone does not want to bother, it is better to take drumsticks, where separating the bone is much easier.

Step 3

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Stuff the wings. Place them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry. Turn them over, cover with a lid, and fry on the other side. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven.
