- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz

Step 1
Marinate the chicken wings in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sherry, and honey for one hour.

Heat vegetable oil until boiling and fry the marinated chicken wings until golden brown.
Step 3
Pat the cooked wings dry with paper towels. Drain the oil from the wok or skillet where they were fried, heat the pan, and sauté the finely chopped ginger and green onions for thirty seconds.
Step 4
Then add the chicken wings, pour in the marinade and chicken broth, and cook for another twenty minutes.
