Description
Chicken wings in a marinade of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper
Ingredients
- Duck wings 12 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, cut the wings into 3 parts. Discard the tips and place the meaty parts in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce to the bowl. Add a pinch of salt (just enough to indicate its presence – the soy sauce will do its job), cayenne pepper, and black pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, stirring the contents a couple of times during this time.
Step 4
Fry the wings, stirring constantly to ensure they cook evenly on all sides. Wings are straightforward, so determining doneness is not particularly difficult. You need to achieve a state where there is no hint of redness inside, but the juices remain inside.
Step 5
Once cooked, place the wings on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess fat; 5 minutes is sufficient. Now all that's left is to pour a beer and enjoy a lovely evening.
