Ingredients
- Duck wings 5 lbs
- Spanish onions 5 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Thyme to taste
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine 1 cup
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the wings and dry them.
Step 2
Slice the onions into rings and add them to the wings, mixing well.
Step 3
Add the spices, vinegar, lemon juice, bay leaves, mineral water, and mix.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and place under a weight in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Arrange the wings on a grill and cook until done over charcoal, turning and basting with the marinade.
