Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 5 lbs
  • Coriander essential oil ¾ spoons
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds ¾ spoons
  • Yogurt powder 2 glasses
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Grated Ginger Root 3 spoons
  • Salt 1½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
  • Lime Juice 2 spoons
  • Red Curry Powder 2 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ spoons
  • Cayenne Pepper ¼ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into cubes measuring 2–3 cm on each side.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a blender and puree until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for four hours. Afterward, thread the chicken onto skewers. Place the skewers on a preheated and lightly oiled grill pan, ensuring there is a half-centimeter gap between them, and grill for five to six minutes on each side.
