Chicken Tikka
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 lbs
- Coriander essential oil ¾ spoons
- Toasted Cumin Seeds ¾ spoons
- Yogurt powder 2 glasses
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root 3 spoons
- Salt 1½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
- Lime Juice 2 spoons
- Red Curry Powder 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper ½ spoons
- Cayenne Pepper ¼ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into cubes measuring 2–3 cm on each side.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a blender and puree until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for four hours. Afterward, thread the chicken onto skewers. Place the skewers on a preheated and lightly oiled grill pan, ensuring there is a half-centimeter gap between them, and grill for five to six minutes on each side.
