- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 25 oz
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Herbes de Provence 0 oz
- Garlic 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken thigh fillet. Remove excess fat.
Step 2
Salt on both sides.
Step 3
Pepper to taste.
Step 4
Peel the garlic. Leave 3 cloves.
Step 5
Crush the cloves with the back of a knife.
Step 6
Place the garlic in the center of the fillet.
Step 7
Roll the thighs into roulades.
Step 8
Peel the zucchini and slice it thinly.
Step 9
Chop the remaining garlic.
Step 10
Pour the cream into a separate bowl, add the Herbes de Provence, a bit of ground pepper, and salt.
Step 11
Add the chopped garlic and mix well.
Step 12
Place the chicken roulades and zucchini in a baking dish.
Step 13
Pour the cream mixture over and place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40 minutes until cooked.
