Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms and Cream
Main Dishes • European
Description
This recipe uses chicken thigh fillets, but you can also use bone-in thighs; just make sure to monitor the cooking process to ensure the meat cooks evenly while frying in the pan. You can also prepare any parts of the chicken or the whole chicken. Once the dish is ready, it can be served either as a standalone meal or with a side dish. The cream can be of any fat content; if the percentage is high, you can dilute it slightly with water, but it's best to use a 20% product. As for spices, it's a matter of taste. Enjoy your meal!
