- Cinnamon ½ spoons
- Grated Ginger Root ½ spoons
- Honey 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 spoons

Step 1
Using a sharp knife, make slashes in the chicken and place it in a shallow dish.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Mix lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and ginger. Add a bit of olive oil and drizzle the marinade over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. It can be served with couscous and vegetables.
