- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon

- Lemon ½ piece
- Beer 10 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons

Crush the garlic. Add the spice mixture.

Add salt and ground pepper.

Finely chop the cilantro. Add it to the marinade. Pour in the sesame oil. Squeeze half a lemon or lime. Stir constantly.
