Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Beer 10 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut each thigh into 2 pieces, season both sides with salt and pepper, and place them in a skillet skin side up. Pour the beer over the thighs so that the liquid covers them halfway.
Step 2
Place the skillet in a preheated oven and leave it for forty minutes. During the cooking process, baste the thighs with the sauce formed every ten minutes.
