Chicken Thigh Rolls with Sweet Pepper and Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 4 pieces
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 4 pieces
- Hard Cheese 4 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the bones from the chicken thighs, pound them, and place them in a bowl. Drizzle lightly with soy sauce; no need to marinate.
Step 2
While the thighs are marinating, cut the cheese into sticks.
Step 3
Lightly salt the thighs and season with red and black pepper. Place a piece of cheese and a piece of pepper in each thigh. Fold the edges and secure them with toothpicks.
Step 4
Coat the thighs in breadcrumbs and place them in a preheated skillet with oil.
Step 5
Fry on both sides.
Step 6
Dice the tomato and place it in the skillet in the empty space.
Step 7
Cover with a lid and cook for about 10–15 minutes.
