Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Apple 2 pieces
- Sausages 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Bread roll 1 piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Egg white 1 piece
- Cardamom 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the chopped sausages with the diced onion (1 onion), the apple peeled and diced, processed cheese, and the egg.
Step 2
Soak the bread in milk and add it to the previously prepared mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and add the ground cardamom.
Step 3
Stuff the prepared chicken with the mixture, sew it up, and rub with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the onion into thin rings and place them on a greased baking sheet. Place the chicken on top and drizzle with oil.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30 minutes. Then pour the broth over the chicken and cook for another 45 minutes.
