Description

Ingredients
- Bacon 10 oz
- Leek 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt ¼ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper 0,1 teaspoons
- Paprika ¼ spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the leek and onion into small cubes, and cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes.
Step 2
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Then, chop it finely.
Step 3
In the skillet where you just cooked the bacon, add the onion. Sauté lightly, then add the chicken breasts.
Step 4
Stir constantly and sauté for 5–10 minutes.
Step 5
Add all the spices (paprika, pepper, salt, and garlic) to the chicken and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 8–12 minutes.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the flour.
Step 7
Pour the sour cream mixed with flour over the chicken. Stir and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook covered for 2–5 minutes.
