Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it into small strips.

Place the strips in a deep bowl and add salt.
Step 3
Add ground paprika.
Step 4
Mix well and mash. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the batter. Finely chop the parsley.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt to taste.

Add the chopped parsley to the eggs and mix well until smooth.

Gradually add the flour to avoid lumps. The batter should have a consistency similar to pancake batter.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Add the prepared mixture and cheese to the chicken, mix well, and let it sit for another 10–15 minutes.

Heat a skillet well, adding sunflower oil. Place the pieces of chicken, making sure to leave space between them. Fry on both sides for 5–10 minutes until cooked through.

The finished strips can be served either hot or cold.
