  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
  • Black sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Turnips 4 pieces
  • Courgette 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut into long strips about 2–2.5 cm wide.

Step 2

In a plate, mix the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 3

Lightly beat the egg with a fork.

Step 4

Dredge the fillet in flour, then dip it in the egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 430°F. Bake the fillet until cooked, about 10–15 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, honey, and mustard. Add salt to taste.

Step 6

Cut the carrots and cucumber into sticks.

Step 7

Serve the cooked chicken sticks hot with vegetables and sauce.
